5 Good Reminders When You're Having A Bad Day

We've all been there. We've all had that day where nothing seems to work out just right and things just aren't going your way. Sometimes I just want to pull my hair out and scream out of frustration.

When life gets stressful, we often forget the things we should remember, and remember the things we should forget. Here are some good reminders for those bad days when you need a little motivation.

1. it's just a bad day. not a bad life. take a deep breath. finish each day and be done with it. you have done what you could in every right possible way you can imagine. it's time to let go. tomorrow is a new day. you will begin it serenely and with high spirits to be encumbered with your old nonsense.

2. this too shall pass. there will always be tomorrow and what happens today will be over and done with the next day. tomorrow will be another excellent opportunity to make things right. life is too short for two days of bullshit in a row.

3. you are ok. you're fine. a few blunders along the way may weigh you down but don't let it dampen your spirits. these things will help you become stronger and capable of far better things coming your way.

4. it's a learning experience- if something did not work out the way you wanted it to be, take it as a learning curve. there could be more ways and a lot of room for improvement so that next time you try and do things again, you are better equipped to do it correctly.

5. God put you in this world for a reason- you are special in your own unique way and you had better believe this. you are not some mushroom that just sprung out of nowhere. God made you purposely to be on this earth to represent something magnificent and out of his goodness and light. be that ray of light to others and believe that you make a difference and significant impact on other people's lives in every positive way you possibly can.

So the next time you are feeling in a rut and everything just seems to go spiraling out of control, take a deep breath and remind your self of these noteworthy reminders. Keep your head up. You have the power to make a bad day better. For you and for others.

XOXO,

Karen
