Quick and Easy Yogurt & Berries Breakfast

This super easy and quick yogurt and berries breakfast has been my 'go-to' meal lately. I have been trying to eat healthy this year as it is one of my new year's resolution and I'm planning on keeping up to it. This delicious and healthy breakfast gives me the energy and nutrients I need to help jumpstart my day. We've been trying to limit our need to go to the grocery stores so we get two weeks worth of groceries like food, house supplies and personal hygiene supplies when we shop and frozen fruit is great because it won't go bad that easy.

So, I'm sharing this healthy breakfast recipe and hopefully inspire you to make your own healthy breakfast recipe that suits your needs and budget!

Ingredients:

Yogurt- any flavoured yogurt of your choice or the plain yogurt

Strawberries, blueberries

Granola cereal

Nuts- choice of pecan, almonds or walnuts

Coconut flakes

Marachino cheries

How to: It's really super easy! Just use creativity to prepare this breakfast!
