Spring Styling- My Favorite Looks For Spring

Despite the recent snowy events and frigid temperatures where I live, Spring is slowly making its way to my life. I can feel the sunshine and the warmth of the Spring-y weather in my heart. During the Spring months, I get excited and my mind is filled with thoughts of outdoor activities, enjoying the sun and the warm weather, cherry blossoms, flowers, good scents and travels sink in. With that in mind, I have a couple of Spring outfit ideas that I tend to gravitate to when Spring comes.

While there are several fashion, beauty and home decor rules that are great to consider, it is also important to do what works best for you. Here are some of my personal Spring favorites that I love...

Denim jacket - denim continues to be a dominant trend for spring-yay! for comfort and style!

Over the rainbow-it's a wonderful world of color this season! A fresh array of bold and vivid color or just a pop of it to glam up a casual look.

Statement mules- they are a perfect pop for your casual and evening outfits. This mules are one of my favorites to pair with jeans or shorts.

Spring top- the perfect top for the spring weather would be bouncy and flowy not to mention comfy. This flowy chiffon material is a personal favorite. It does not only feel comfortable it also looks classy and elegant and instantly elevates your outfit.

Maxi dress- i always like the look of femininity plus the comfort of flowy and bouncy dresses with elegant and stylish spring prints. Dresses are a staple piece in my wardrobe and I wear them not only in the spring or summer but all year round!

Sneakers- white leather sneakers are trending and I have joined the band wagon. Not because it's the trend but because I have always loved a pair of white sneakers ever since. this Michael Kors sneakers in white are one of my most used.

Transition sandals/heels- Depending on the weather where you live, you may or may not be pulling out your sandals for a while, but I like to pull out mine and start using them when the temperatures get warmer and the snow is almost melted. Most of us probably need more than one pair of spring sandals. I have a mix of flats and heels.

Trench coat- This is a classic and timeless piece that I think everyone should have in your wardrobe. I wear my trench when I want to look more polished and pulled together.

Neutral color bag - I love structured, top handle bags with neutral colors like beige, blush, nude and the occasional black. I don't go anywhere without a bag and this is one of my go to for everyday use.

Happy Spring!

XOXO,

Karen
