The Happy List

I'm going back to basics while I'm writing this post and writing about something easy and something I enjoy- stuff that makes me happy recently. A little joyous life update if I may so myself.

ONE- My husband. I am the luckiest woman in the world. I know, it's cliche. But I really am. I have been married for more than a year now and I admit our marriage have had its ups and downs but who hasn't? My husband is the kindest, most thoughtful and the sweetest person I have ever known. He is not perfect. But for me, everything he does is perfect for me. He is a responsible person and only thinks of what's best for me and our little family. What more can I ask for?

TWO- Sunshine. It's amazing how a bit of sunshine can do to your mood. I recently lived in London before I moved to Wisconsin in the US and yes! It's more cold than warm. That's why every time it gets warm, I feel my spirits are getting a high. A little bit of sunshine definitely goes a long way.

THREE- Spring style. There's nothing like a bit of wardrobe refresh to make you feel fresh and inspired. I have recently just put out my dresses and lighter pieces of clothing ready for use for the warmer weather and I am excited to be out and enjoy it with my husband.

FOUR- Books. Always in my happy list. Need I say more? I am a book lover and there are a couple of books I got that I can't wait to devour.

FIVE- Plant fueled protein bars. This protein bar that I have recently discovered is heaven! I was not a protein bar lover before. But I came across an blog from a blogger that I follow and I thought...hmm! maybe I should give this a try. And I'm happy I did. I am also on a weight loss journey so this is perfect! This protein bar is non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, kosher, soy free, dairy free healthy snack bar with natural ingredients.

So there's the five things that are currently putting a smile on my face.
