Winter Shoe Edit-My Top 5 Favorite Shoes From DSW

Winter came in so early at least for us here in the Midwest. Wisconsin in particular. It's been a couple months now that I have been thinking about this post because I was excited for the colder weather and the chance to round up my wardrobe and that usually means warm clothing, layers and of course, winter shoes.

My husband always says I have way too many shoes and I always say I don't. A woman can never have too many shoes, eh? (wink!)

This fall-winter season, I splurged myself into buying a couple of booties and shoes that I was pretty sure I could use during the cold seasons.

Here are my top five favorite winter shoes

the snakeskin booties- i never used to be bold as to wear anything snakeskin but this trend has quickly become a classic and a staple when it comes to buying ankle boots and this one is one of my favorite

the white ankle booties- i love white. and white ankle booties are a good staple and can be paired with a variety of outfits and can be used with jeans or even dresses.

the classic black booties- we all know the black booties are a classic. a must-have in your winter wardrobe and this baby have just the perfect height for an ankle bootie and the 'western inspired' cowboy design gives it a chic vibe.

the rainboots- this Ralph Lauren patent leather rain boots are the most comfortable yet stylish rain boots i have ever owned.

the lace-up booties- this style is inspired by the military booties that has a feminine vibe because of the heels. this style gives you plenty of room to play with your outfits and still look stylish and functional at the same time

the over the knee booties- one of my personal favorites are the over the knees boots because it looks stylish and sexy. i personally love to pair it with dresses and skinny jeans.

Whether you like it girly and trendy or classic and functional, there are a lot of styles to choose from so there is definitely something for everyone.
