Keep Yourself In Check


It's been a hard year, yes. COVID -19 has affected us in so many ways we can even care to admit. In our health, job security, and therefore financially. Socially, as we are isolated and if not, our actions are restricted. Physically, we are worried about our health, the health of others and are taking extreme precautions to protect our health as well as our loved ones.

While 2020 proves itself to be uncertain day by day, it's always healthy for us to challenge ourselves introspectively. If your actions, motivations and state of being are not led by love, check in with yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror and breath deeply and slowly. Ask yourself. Why? Look at yourself straight in the eye and ask yourself. What will drive you. What will motivate you.

Find a quiet place without distractions, and discover your own answers.

In a time of chaos, we should be able to find a place where we can refuel our souls. Pick yourself up and determine that today is a brighter day.

Meditate or get in tuned with positive energy as much as you can.

Breathe. Clear your mind. Focus your mindset. Create a happy place that you alone can get to whenever you desperately need one and come back to it when you have to.

Get outside.

Obviously this is restricted in some ways but whenever you can, just go out and take in the "fresh". Every now and then I go out and take a walk and man, does it feel good! feel the breeze and warm sun and you'll be surprised how relaxing it can be.

Take a moment to check in with yourself. Take a step back. Let you choice always be love.
